Medical Education Research and Practice Editorial Board Copyright Transfer Agreement

Party B Medical Education Research and Practice Editorial Board of Medical Education Research and Practice Dissertation Title___
Party A (the author of the paper) agrees to submit the above paper paper to Party B (Medical Education Research and Practice Editorial Department) and the online pre-printed version for publication, and on the basis of the provisions of its draft guidelines, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the transfer of copyright to the paper:
1. Party A is the paper
(1) sole author;
(2) One of the authors and a representative designated by the other authors.
( 2) Party A warrants that the paper is its original work and does not involve plagiarism, leaks, one draft and two submissions. In the event of infringement or leakage of secrets, Party A shall bear all liabilities.
3. Party A voluntarily transfers to Party B the following rights it has in the paper:
(1) compilation rights (part or all of the paper); (2) the right of reproduction of printed and electronic versions; (3) the right of network dissemination;
(4) Distribution rights.
4. Copyright transfer period of the paper: from the effective date of this contract to December 31 of the 10th year after Party B officially publishes the paper ; Applicable regions: all over the world.
5. Except as provided in Article 22 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Party A shall not license others to use the rights transferred in Article 3 of this contract in any form. However, Party A may cite (or translate) parts of the paper in its subsequent works or compile them in Party A's non-periodical anthologies.
6. After the paper is published in the paper version of "Medical Education Research and Practice" edited and published by Party B, Party B will charge Party A one-time layout fee (drawing fee and review fee are excluded) according to the standard. If Party B publishes the paper in other forms, Party A will no longer be charged for the publication fee.
7. After the paper is published in the paper version and the online preprint version of "Medical Education Research and Practice" edited and published by Party B, Party B will pay Party A a one-time remuneration and give away 2 copies of the current paper edition of the journal. If Party B publishes the paper in other forms, Party A will no longer be paid the remuneration and usage fee.
8. This contract shall be made in duplicate, one for each party A and B. This contract shall enter into force on the date of signature by both parties, and shall be valid for the same period as the copyright transfer period of the paper specified in Article 4 of this Agreement;
9. Other unfinished matters, if there is a problem, the two sides will negotiate to resolve; If the negotiation fails, it will be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
